The Christmas Day and the holidays have gone. and I was really having new experiences during thdt wonderful time. For althe first time I went skating and I was surprised because or thirty times, more than for twenty been had I falling though I found that it was not so terrible. For me skating is really . fun and really cold! I cannot forget when I got up at four oclock In the morning on the Christmas Day and walked sleepily to the bright Christmas tree where there were presents from Santa Claus. Actually, like most kids were, I was wondering about Santa Claus. It made me to make a decision the day before to prove what my mom and dad said about Santa Claus with his deer. But-- ! was so sorry I didnt see how Santa entered the house through the chimney. It was really an interesting thiiifrsfor me because I have not such a thing in my religion. In Indonesia, it is impossible for Santa Claus to enter the houses because they dont have chimneys. The houses there are I dont think the houses there not equipped by need them and I can imagine what would happen if I had a fire place in my house and make a fire there. fire-place- d. The difference is that they dont have heaters 85-9- and we never shut our windows in the daytime. And sometimes we open the windows while we are sleeping at night. When I looked on the American houses, I found that it is common they have kitchens in front of the houses. If you go to Indonesia, youll never see any kitchen in front of the house. e it in the back and we dont have eating table in the kitchen because we dont eat there. The woman and girls do-tcooking and its not common for the men to work in the kitchen. It is said that men and boys have no place in the kitchen! Maybe the American men would like it, wouldnt they! But I dont mean that men and boys should refuse to work in the kitchen after reading this article. Back to the Christmas Day, I was thinking before coming here about the heavy show on the Christmas Day and New Year, but I could not find it I also was so sorry when the Christmas trees were taken down nd sixths decorations were thrown away.
