I am on the Mode 'O Day committee. We watched a man cut some patterns. Ws watched them do some sewing on material. And sewed on buttons, tippers, and belts. We really had fun. The two third grades went together. We went on a school bus. We took our lunches, but we had to eat it ..... . If I were principal,, Id make sure school only came twice a week. For lunch we would have soda pop instead of milk. When we have cake we would have two pieces. We would have recess for a half an hour and noon three hours. Id have the inside of the school painted bright red. There would be one room for boys and another for girls. Wed read for Ann Hess three hours and have arithemitlc for three minutes. Thats about it. A style review will also be held in the gym during the entire evening. Besides the exhibits in the gym, there will be displays in the art room, counseling rooms, and auditorium. This will be an excellent opportunity for all patrons of the school and the students to see what has been accomplished at the school this year.
