Page 12 1 'The REFLEX June 13, 1957 Kitchen-Aire- s Wheat Allotment Fishing Derby Drug Stores Notices Mailed Part of July 4th Change and Clearfield Layton Owners, producer Days operators of farm land in Davis County and others concerned received notices this week informing them that the Farm Wheat Allotments for the lUVi crop of wheat have been established. The notices were mailed Wednesday. The complete list 'of all allotments is available for inspection in the ASC County Office at 70 West Gentile Street, Layton. Wheat allotment for farms with no wheat for three years. Glenn Green, chairman of the Davis County Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Committee. To be considered for an allotment on a farm which had no wheat Beeded for grain for any Clearfield -- Only children 13 and under are being permitted to fish in the Clearfield pond when the annual fishing derby will be held July 4. The pond has been stocked for the past three years by the Clearfield Junior Chamber of Commerce and the North Davis Fish and Game. Children 11 and under are allowed to fish without a license. Those 1? and 13 must have a current Utah Fish and Game license tag in their possession. The pond opens with the opening fishing season. The Jaycoe sponsored fishing derby on July 4 will be under the direction of Joe Vasquez. Club Gets Underway Clearfield in Kaysville, Layton, Clearfield and Sunset announced new hours this week. Drug Company, Layton; Frost Drug Company, Kaysville; Kowley Drug Company, Layton; and Sunset Drug Cbmpany, Sunset, will henceforth be poen from t) a m. until il p m. seven days a week. Glens Rexall Drug and Clearfield Pharmacy, both of Clearfield, will he open from i a.m. until ! A new met club, 4-- II the Wednesday, May TP at 11 am. The following officers were elected at the business meeting: Andriea Halls, president; Anita Sanders, vice president; Connie Montgomery, secretary; Carol Adams, treasurer; Vicky Terry, reporter; Trudy Evans, assistant reporter, cheerleader and song leader; Kay Davis, assistant cheerleader and song leader; Sharon Kay Imlay, telephone girl; and Karen Ames, assistant to club camp director. The name, Kitchen-airewas suggested by Andrea Halls. The nine girls met under the direction of Mrs. Dorothy Phrson. They are beginning their first year foods. Each of the Syracuse business houses were represented by immature floats. Following this performance, a family outing was enjoyed by the children and their parents at the Syracuse Park. Light refreshments and carnival Concessions were open to everyone.
