Barker entertained eight members of the A Lonas Club at her home last Wedneday evening. Mrs. Myron Phillips was a special guest. Mrs. Roetta Kilfoyle will entertain the A Lonas Club at her home this Wednesday evening for Bridge. Mrs. TEMPLE CEREMONY Mr. and Mr. Vergil Zaugg honeymooned at Yellowstone and In Washington State after wedding and reception. Mrs. Zaugg is the former Bernice K. Nelson. Bernice K. Nelson Becomes Bride Of Vergil Zaugg In Logan Rites Kaysville In the Logan LDS Temple on July 5, Miss Bernice K. Nelson plighted her troth with Vergil N. Zaugg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Zaugg. Clearfield. Mi. i.nd Mrs. Glen Nelson, Kaysville, are parents of the bride. President A. George Raymond officiated at the ceremony which was followed by a wedding breakfast at the Bluebird Cafe in Logan. Friday evening the young couple was honored at a reception in the Kaysville First ward hall. The bride was lovely in a ballerina length gown fashioned with a bodice of lace featuring short cop sleeves and a scoop neckline enhanced by sequin and pearl trim. The skirt was three layers of taffeta, net and lace. She wore long matching lace gauntlets and a single strand of pearls. Her short tier veil was caught to a net and re- quinned bonnet and she carried a bouquet of pink split carnations and white stephanotis set within a white net heart and centered with a large white orchid. Matron of honor for her sister was Mrs. Cornell Haacke of Bountiful. Bridesmaids were another sister, Miss Glenna Nelson, and Miss Bonny Lynn Egbert. The attendants wore gowns fashioned alike, street length of chrom-spu- n silk; and cotton in shades of yellow, urquoise and pink. They wore large matching picture hats with velvet streamers and earned colonial nosegays of white split carnations and matching painted daisies set in net and sequins. Mrs. Nelson, mother of the bride, wore a pink and grey print orlon gown and Mrs. Zaugg donned a navy blue crepe. Both wore corsages of rose red roses and pink carnations. Wendell Zaugg performed bert man duties for his brother. To depart for her honeymoon to Yellowstone and Washington state, the bride wore a light blue linen suit with white accessories. The groom fulfilled a mission to. the Northern States. Prior to her wedding the bride was guest of honor at a miscellaneous shower presided over by Mrs. Cornell Haacke, Miss Glenna Nelson and Miss Bonny Lynn Fgbeit.
