Show RESOLUTION RESOLUTION, CREATING AN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS THE -- NORTH - DAVIS COUNTY SEWER AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE AREAS TO BE INCLUDED THEREIN. WHEREAS, pursuant to authority made and provided in Title 1? Chapter C, Utah Code Annotated, 19G3, as amended by the Laws of . DIS-TRI- Cr . Utah, 1963, the Board of County Commissioners of Davis County, Utah, has heretofore by resolution duly passed and adopted on the first day of February, 1954, declared that the public health, convenience and necessity requires the creation of an improvement district to be known as the North Davis for the County Sewer District areas hereinafter described, which said areas lie within the boundaries as set forth and described in the Board of County Commissioners Notice of Intention to create a sewer improvement district to be known as the North Davis County Sewer District and which said areas are located in Davis and Weber Counties, Utah, and, WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners has pursuant to law caused a certified copy of said resolution to be Hied with the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, and WHEREAS, said Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, in accordance with the law did on the Oth day of February, 1954, approve said resolution which resolution of approval is on file herein, and WHEREAS, the said Board of County Commissioners of Davis County has given notice of its intention to establish said district, which notice, in conformance with the laws made and provided in such cases, was duly published in the Weekly Reflex, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Davis County, Utah, and in the Ogden Standard Examiner, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in Weber County, Utah, once each week for four consecutive weeks, and WHEREAS, said notice as so published designated a time not more than forty (40) days or less than twenty-on- e (21) days after the first publication thereof and a place at which time and place all interested parties could appear before said Board of County Commissioners and be heard either in support of or in opposition to the creation of said proposed district and which notice of intention as so published provided that any taxpayer within said district could on or before said date so fixed protest against the establishment of such district, in writing filed with the County Clerk of Davis County, ' and WHEREAS, the first publication of said Notice of Intention as so published and the time and date set for the hearing. provided for therein, were both subsequent in time to the date upon which the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County, Utah, approved said resolution as afoiesatd, and WHEREAS, said hearing was had by the Board of County Commissioners of Davis County at 4 P. M. on the 15th day of March, 1954 at the place designated in said notice and which said hearing was on said date continued to 4 P. M. on the 6th day of April, 1954 and was on said latter date again continued to 4 oclock P.
