Hill 11,2181, PUBLIC NOTICE IS BEREBV GIVEN THAT a special election will be held in Davis County School District, Davis County, State of Utah, on Wednesday, the 20th day of May, 1954, at which election there shall be submitted to the registered voters who have paid a property tax within said District, during the year next preceding such election, the following question, Shall the Board of Education of Davis County School District, Davis County, State of Utah, be authorized to issue and sell bonds of the District in the amount of Two Million Seven nondred Thousand Dollars ($2,700,000), in denomination 'of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) each, numbered one (1) to two thousand seven hundred (2700), both inclusive, the bonds to bear interest at a rate of not to exceed two and one-haper cent (2ft ft) per annum and to mature, without option of prior payment: $140,000 one year from the date of the bonds, $160,000 two years from the date of the bonds. $170,000 three years from the date of the bonds, $170,000 four years from the date of the bonds, $180,000 five years from the date of the bonds, $350,000 six years from the date of the bonds, $370,000 seven years from the date of the bonds, $390,000 eight years from the date of the bonds, $400,000 nine years from the date of the bonds, $370,000 ten years from ths date of the bonds, for the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites, for building or purchasing one or more school houses and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, and for improving the grounds?
