With the determination that the general-welfare of the public must be preserved, that autocracy in any form and from any source in this state must be removed, that Utahs development in' business and industry must go on without interruption, and that amicable working relations may be restored between employers and employees, we hereby declare for the American Plan of Employment throughout the State of Utah.
