W, Armstrong, with tha approval of the flood relief committee. The survey committee consist of Marriner S. Eccles of Ogden, John O. Cutler of Salt Uke, H. E. Hatch of Igan, A. P. Bigelow of Ogden and Frank B. Cook of Salt lake. Treasurer II. M. Chamberlain of the flood relief committee said yesterday that it is safe to estimate that from $60,000 to $65,000 is likely to be in $60,000 to $65,000 has been raised, but that any estimate is likely to be in error, on account of the meager re- turns from scattered districts.
