Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the City Recorder in Farmington, Utah, until 2:00 oclock p. m., the 28th day of July, 1919, for constructing approximately 75,000 square feet of cement side walks, together with approximately 1500 cubic yards of excavation, installing approximately 300 linear feet of cement culvert, and other incidental work, all in Paving District No. 3 of said Farmington City, according to plans and specifications on file with the City Recorder, Farmington, Utah, and with Caldwell & Richards, Engineers, Vermont Building, Salt Lake City. Information may be had at the office of Caldwell & Richards, engineers, or at the office of the City Recorder, Farmington, Utah. A deposit of Five Dollars will be required of each person or concern ob taining plans and specifications, which deposit will be returned to bona-fid- e bidders upon the return of the plans and specifications in good condition, three or more days before the bidding date or with a regular bid.
