At this time the petition of the Layton Sugar Company, a corporation, having and conducting a sugar refining business at Layton, , Davis county, Utah, for a franchise granting to it and to its successors and, assigns the right to construct, operate, and maintain a railroad track, being a spur running in a northwesterly direction from Steed station on the Syracuse spur oyer and upon Highway No, 4 or what is commonly known as the Old Bluff road; commencing at or near the southeast corner of the northeast Town- 8 ship north. Range 2 west, commonly known as Steed's station on the O. S.
