Show THE WEEKLY REFLEX, KAVSV1LLC. UTAH Slc deception' the demagogues had practiced. . All the solemn pledge written .in party platforms by the putters of business, the smashers of the railroads and the revilets of the captains of industry that, if they were given their way, they would reduce the colt of living, have failed of fulfillment. The only ones to profit by the campaign of vituperation, busting and smashing, have been the cheap politicians who, by the votes of the credulous, have been able to usurp the seats of the elder statesmen. Get the American people mad just once, and they will make short shift of the wreckers. Srflrx Ulrrltli ribiuh4 r PRINTING INLAND W. P, C. A. Atoll. Mere Meond-cla- u 7. d. Advertlalng Get mad! CO. The Helena (Mont) Independent protests against the yellow element in Montana which, it says, "has caused a decrease in railroad shipments from Montana of 6,553 cars of raw material in thirty days." It says: These were sidetracked by strikes, agitation, propaganda, cheap politics, seditious talk, and the Industrial Workers of the World" The Independent sounds this warning note: Wait until Montana gets mad and the people responsible for the figures quoted above will be swallowed up in the maw of our wrath." Montana is not. the only state that has suffered from the yellow element. AH. over this union a yellow streak has appeared, and the American people are getting mad., Demagogues, agitators, college professors, sensational g newspapers and magazines responsible for this yellow streak are changing their tune and pulling down the red flag. Editor n, Upp-rtu- twm, Enwrtd M -- - Outlines Program. Mask Anderson, grazing inspector for District No. 4 of the forest service, was in attendance as the representative of the forest service, and helped to outline the program that will be followed. The proposition is for the forest service to act as the central bureau with the Utah Agriin cultural college, the latter, in turn, carrying the work through the county farm bureaus, the agents of which will To the Farmers of Utah:- - Your Part in the Second keep the member of each bareaa well informed at to who may have cattle for aale as feeders and aa to who may wish to boy. The first thing is to be done, and the forest service men, with charac- teristic enterprise of those of District No. 4, have already set out to take a survey of the stock now on the ranges whole district. throughout-thHelp' Small Seller. In District No. 4 there are ten thousand individuals' who have cattle running on the government range in the national forests. Many of these permittees are men who have only a few head of cattle, and when they desire to dispose of them they are not able to command the prices that are given the owners of large numbers of cattle, for the reason that it la more expensive for the buyer to handle a email' number,- - In proportion ' to the price, aa It is much more difficult for him to get to inspect them or to know where he can find them. So the plans worked out at the meeting will serve a two-fol- d purpose. All of the cattle owners who wish to sell will be listed, and those who wish to buy wiU be listed also, so that a large number of the cattle In any section may be brought together, no matter how many owners they may have. By each county agent having a list of all the available stock in his dis-- . trict a buyer can be saved a great deal of time, and the grouping of the stock will enable the owners to procure a better price. Forest Service Survey. The forest service will take a survey of all the cattle permittee n the district, who wish to sell, who wish to buy, and the tort of stock wanjed or offered for sole. This survey will cover the entire territory of District No. 4 and will enable the farmer of Idaho to buy or sell in Idaho or Utah or Nevada, either In large or small lots and of the kind of stock he wants, whether fat cattle for the market or feeders to bring a maturity with a year or two of growth.- - The regular stock buyer will also be referred to the county agents of the .various districts. If a cattle buyer comes to Weber county to buy the scattered cattle of the various small owners he will be referred to the county agent, who will group all of the cattle in his district for him to consider and will take him around in an automobile to see the various lots. Or he may apply to the Utah agricultural college for detailed information as to any or all of the sections of the entire 'district. The forest service will get the first hand information and will transmit it to the Agricultural college, from where it will be transmitted to the county' agents, who wiU furnish Information to the individual farmers. in e p fe ' yf-i4 ed Picture Yourself In This Girlish Dress - V'W j : in a Betty Wales Yet what wise war In buying al w last Of the many adorable Betty Wales Dresses, this nch French serge is one of button trimmed, the sweetest' it is girlish, raised, belt wide slightly with smart so ever yet Ready to wear with Kleinerts Qem Dress Shields in place, and think of it, an imported collar and cuff set that is real QQ Box-plaite- 00 d, band-wor- k.
