The publication will be sent free to any address upon application to the secretary of the board at Salt Lake City. The birth, death and contage-ou- a disease report for Davis county for the quarter ending March 31 is as follows: Total deaths from all causes, 23; births, 97; cases of scarlet fever, 3, deaths, nbne; diptheria cases, 2, death, 1; cases chicken pox, 23, deaths, none; cases pneumonia, 2, deaths, none. Tuberculosis is not reported as existing in the county. According to the report there were 1,126 deaths and 3,176 ' births In the state for' the quarter.
