Smith, to recover damages for alleged unpaid rental and misuse of residence property. Dr. Smith said today that he did not care to make any statement other than that the matter is lr. the hands of his attorney, George M. Sullivan. Mrs. Smith alleges that she leased her home at 152 south Eleventh East street to Dr. Smith for a term of seven months, Sov. 1. ISIS to May 21. 1917.
