Kemp of North Logan, will leave in the very near future for a mission to Independence, Missouri. Last Wednesday a splendid welfare spirit of community was demonstrated when a large crowd of men, women and children wyth teams, wagons, scrapers, buckets, etc., gathered at the church house to clean the yard, haul gravel, clean the inside of the, meeting house and fix things up in general. About seventy-fiv- e gave their services. A delicious lunch was served at noon to this big crowd. A free dance was given in the evening. and enjoyed by a large crowd.
