Champ of the Cache County Committee for Bingham Relief ' presented to the meeting the situation arising out of the reduction in Cache Countys original quota of $3,-000.- 00 authorized by the state As a result of this situation, there remains , ip the hands of the committee, approximately $1,000.00 of unexpended funds and those present at Saturdays meeting were unanimous in the opinion that it would be both and excessively impracticable expensive to attempt to refund to each individual donor approxi d of his contribumately tion.
