Priesthood and ward organizations are extremely active in their campaigns to increase attendance at these meetings. An active campaign is also under way to bring about the pooling of automobile transportation so that all cars will to their capacity. Ashton and Stevens General authorities of the church will be represented at the conference by Bishop M irvln O Ashton of the Presiding Bishop- rlc. This will be the first visit visit of Bishop Ashton to a Shar- on Stake conference. Stringham A. Stevens, head of the Stevens-Wallac- e advertising agency In Salt Lake, will represt nt the General Welfare Committee of the Church. These men will ha In attendance at all sessions of the conference beginning with the Priesthood meeting Saturday evening. Ashton is regarded Bishop throughout the church as one of its piot Interesting speakers, and particularly Is he effective with the younger people of the church. Mr. Stevens who has been with the Welfare Committee since its organization. Is also a very effective speaker and has had wide experience in welfare work and in visiting the stakes of the church throughout the West These men will speak at all sessions of the conference. The building Is so planned that the air can be completely changed every five and one-haminutes. An artificial cooling system cools the air to the right temperature for comfort.
