Officers as previously constituted were sustained, with A. Ray Eklns as President and general manager, Charles H. Poulson, Vice President and manager, Flora H. Bigler, Secretary and Treasurer, and Eva Poulson, assistant Secretary and Treasurer. Reports Show Big Business Reports for business conducted during 1941 were given, showing that the plants operation had been highly successful. The reports revealed that a total of 152,000 cans of fruit, vegetables and meats bad been processed last year. A list of the different produce canned Included strawberries, raspberries, peas, chard, cherries, carrotts, beets, apricots, apples, squash, peaches, rubbarb, aspargras, chicken, mutton, rabbit, beans, corn, tomatoes, grapes, pears, venison, elk, beef, plums, mincemeat, pheasant, sweet potatoes, pork and pudding. Some 270 venison were handled by the cannery last fall, Mr. Poulson reports.
