Health cooperatvies are increasing more rapidly today than most other forms of cooperation. Providing complete medical care and hospitalization by such cooperative methods means life, and health, and vigor to thousands who before knew nothing but misery and dejection. Credit unions, though, confined mainly to urbai groups, are expanding to include rural dwellers, and their success forecasts a complete change in our economic system. When it comes, if we can think together on this problem, it will come without revolution and without disrupting the social order. Failure to think together on this one problem will more than likely mean an economic revolution as drastic as any" we read of in history. Hardly can one think of a phase of our lives where cooperation w'ould not help solve its problems. But it is almost as much as ones standing is worth to mention cooperatives in certain places, even in Provo. That puts the ban of secrecy on their efforts, and one of these fine days those concerns which decry it and balk it will wake up to find that Cooperatives have already been established and the new order has left them entirely in the' distance. Better for hll to try to think together on the matter, and success will then include every present member of our' community. COOPERATION is a vital need of this and every The beginning of all progress is when community. people come together, and that coming together builds towns and cities, and nations. Selfishness and special privilege creat dissension and start the clock going backwards. Success comes only by working together. That also is cooperation. No merchants can be successful who fights his competitors. That truth applies to all business. The interests of one must be the interests of all, if success is to come to Orem. That fact applies to our new broadcasting station, KOVO. We welcome this outstanding advance made in our community life. We offer our cooperation. that is the maxim Thinking together is victory used by the Allies in the 1914-1- 8 World war. That idea alone will win this wrar- That also is cooperation.
