Be that as it is, it has again brought the question as to what policy Scera management should take regarding double bills. In a rural community it is impossible to get show patrons out early enough to run through twice, two features, which would run us until 1 a. m. Again people who work hard on the farm, are too tired to sit through a 3 to 4 hour show. Many people too would rather have a variety program. News r'el, cartoons, musicals, travelogues, etc. It is the desire of the Scera to have as fine a management as possible selection of pictures When and have a good variety. conditions are favorable and the features are not too long we shall include double features as we do the first program for May. During the summer months we plan to shows each have two different week, one with two short features and a program with only one long feature but other shorts. During the winter months such a policy Remember that is impossible. Scera is your organization. No dividends are paid to anyone but you.
