ORDINANCE NO. 79 AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE PURCHASE OF BUILDING PERIMTS AND PROVIDING FOR A PERMIT FEE THEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED by Carbon County, 'a public, Corporation, " State of Utah: SECTION .PERMIT NECESSARY. Any person, before building, remodeling, or improving any dwellhouse or building of any kind, nature or description, within the ing shall first obtain a permit so to do frojn the County Surveyor Coiinty, and Engineer. SECTION 2 Application. The party, or parties, seeking such permit shall file on application with said County Surveyor and Engineer, setting forth the true and correct name of applicant, the legal description and the street address of the property on which the work is to be done, a declaration of the probable value of the kind and nature of said proposed Structure, improvements or alterations and the date saod application is made. ' SECTION 3 ISSUANCE OF PERMIT. Upon receipt of said application, and no legal reason aeppearing in opposition thereto, the County Surveyor and Engineer shall issue a written permit in triplicate, the original copy to be delivered. to the applicant, one copy to be sent to the County Assessor, and the third copy to be' retained by said County Surveyor and Engineer.
