Miss Betty Doty and Mrs. Bar bara Cartwright spent three weeks in Vallejo, California, and mond, California, visiting Pace Seven TIIE DRAGERTON TRIBUNE Tuesday, September 6, 1956 Rich- 4-- H County Exhibit Winners Jerry Hayes and LaF awn Jones of Price and Spring Glen, respectively, were named winners of the -- style dress revue contest last awards Friday evening at the the annual assembly culminating exhibit days, according to Robert L. Hassell and Charlene Lind, county agents. They 'were awarded trips to the Utah State 4-- H 4-- H 4-- H Fair. SEE IT ALL . . . Fair admission includes all attractions except Holiday on Ice. Reserved Seats extra. Trips to the fair were also awarded Blain Morgan and Arvil Johansen of Kenilworth, and Earl Carlow of Price, winners in the boys demonstration contest; and to Bonnie Pace and Sharon Ait ken, both of Price, and LaRene Petersen of Wellington, winners in the girls demonstration contest. Judy Hartley of Wellington was also awarded a trip to the fair for winning the meal preparation contest. These were all winners in the senior division. In the junior division, trophies were awarded to Bobby Bardsjey Hank Hassell, and David Armstrong, winners in the boys derp onstration contest, and to Shanna Woodruff and Mary Gordon, both of Hiawatha, and to Patsy Waterman of Price, winners in the girls demonstration contest. Katherine Berry of Martin was named the winner of a special trophy for the jam and jelly contest. Jerry Hayes, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harold Hayes of Price, modeled in the revue Friday.night a best dress she had made of sheer violet nylon with white flocking. It featured a full skirt of unpress- ed pleats and a high stand up col- lar. She wore white accessories to match the flocking on the dress. This is her seventh year of six of which have been in clothing projects. Mrs. Marie Lambson is her leader. LaFawn Jones, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Warren Jones of Spring Glen, modeled her creation of a white taffeta and net formal studded with sequins. Of special interest was the full circle skirt of ballerina length, topped by a strapless bodice over which she wore a close fitting short jacket. Her accessories were also white. LaFawn is a member, having had clothing projects all six years.
