Through the cooperation of the Fish and Game Commission, the stream was closed until July 1 to allow these trout to become familiar with the stream and work some of the hatchery color out of them. These fish were planted within walking distance of the first bridge and an area of .some I Vi miles should provide fine catches. Undoubtedly worm and spinner will be the best bet. It is hoped that every man on Range Creek after July 1 will do his best to avoid bothering the cattle and horses in this area. There have been rumors to the effect that fishing violations are prevalent on this stream well, boys, these are your fish in that stream and if anyone takes them illegally or over a limit is guilty of thievery as sportsmen, lets all do our part and keep our streams stocked. FERRON RESERVOI R James Mussatt and party did very well. Fish were all of good size. James seems to favor trolling and claims a Russeliire or small pop gear best Roads are not bad at all. TWIN POTTS Trolling good fly fishing poor. Vern Jones will not only verify this but will give a good lecture at all but not up to last year's level. Water is slightly roily.
