This bid has not yet been accepted or rejected by the state board of examiners, he stated In connection with the new field, Dr Jones stated that he has requested an additional $15,000 from the state for the completion of the field Originally $25,000 was appropriated by the state legislature for the construction and of this the following amounts are earmarked- - Fence, $6800; $4000; moving old leveling, bleacher to new field, $1000; plumbing and sprinkling system, $4676; track, $3500, sodding and fertilizer, $1000, construction of permanent steel bleachers, $7200 and lighting, approximately $10,-00- 0 In addition to the lighting project, the old field must be lighted for use this fall because the new field will not be ready The lights from there will then be transferred to the new field.
