Many of us who just cook for our own families know a small portion of what our cooks go through daily. Not to mention that the cooks especially at Mrs. Floyd starts her ' 6:30 every morning so that day we might have a well planned meal lunch time by every day. The cooks at North Rich High and Elementary school try not to lose the nutrients while they are Cooking. They must plan ahead in order the food and making the necessary arrangements to receiving the deliveries. Just trying to second guess how many students are going to eat ever day can be a major problem in itself.
