Marty's Hilltop Opens for Business Something different for St. George has just opened. Marty's Hilltop, located on the old Santa Clara Highway just past the drive in theatre. Marty Mangum, owner, as describes Hilltop something new and definitely different for St. George. Marty's is located in the same building that housed Churches Cafe for many Mr. Church had a years. reputation for excellent food and Marty's Hilltop is rapidly gaining such a reputation. The menu consists of foods such as pizza, sandwiches, salads, and soft drinks with Monday evening, family night specials planned. Atmosphere was a key point in th remodeling of Martys Hilltop'. Mr. and Mrs. Gary Holt spent the weekend in Salt Lake with friends who went on a tour with them to the Holy Land last summer.
