Show Sponsors Trap Shoot ar X The Grantsville Rodeo Club will sponsor a trapshoot Saturday at the Tooele Gun Club at 10 a.m. This event will be open to all rodeo club members in Tooele and Grantsville as well as club members from around the state. Family members, friends and alumni are invited to attend also. There will be several forms of competition plus practice shots throughout the day. The Tooele Gun Club will be sponsoring its annual Round Robin Shoot beginning March 17. If you are interested in shooting contact Duane Lloyd. Intramural Champions This team won the intramural basketball competition at Tooele Jr. High. They are: front, Lisa Hinkel, Captain Alisa Martinez, and Jodi Grltzmacher; back, Kelli DeSimon, Tracy Coleman and Kami Johnson. Golden Gloves Champion Ricardo Mondragon, despite giving up six inches to his opponent, won the Utah Golden Gloves Championship in the weight class Friday with a unanimous decision over David Martinez. The victory boosted the youngsters career record to Mondragon will advance to the regional championships on March 16 and 17 at the Utah Nine-year-ol- d 5-- State Fairgrounds. This weekends croyvn is the second title this year. Mondragon also captured the Utah State USA Boxing Federation Championships in the category. Girls Softball Signup Slated Sign up for the Tooele County Girls Softball League Knee High (ages Minors ), and will be held March (10-12- ), Major 6 from 6 to 9 p.m., March 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and March 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. all at McDonalds Restaurant. Registration fee is $15 per girl and $10 for each additional family member. Those signing up for the first time need to bring verification of birthdate and registration fee with them.
