This announcement will be of interest to the many friends of K. B. (Bill) and Frances Russell, especially in Wendover, Utah. Bill served as deputy sheriff under Sheriff Fay Gillette for many years. He was the only law enforcement officer in Wendover, Utah when the Air Base had several thousand men stationed there. She has 23 grandchilren and 14 greatgrandchildren. After her husbands death in 1950, she became town clerk of Stockton. From the onset she served in one musical capacity or another in the Stockton LDS Ward, mostly as organist.
