The provisions of Section Two above shall not apply to any person, firm or corporation that has been issued a State or local license or permit to sell or distribute alcoholic beverages in Tooele County, provided, however, that said sale or distribution of alcoholic beverages shall be performed only at such times and places as is authorized by said license or permit. SECTION FOUR. Penalty. Any person who shall violate any provision of this Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00 or by imsix prisonment in the County jail for a term not exceeding (6) months, or by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION FIVE. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall become effective and in force fifteen (15) days from the date it was passed and adopted.
