Why are there restroom facilities at the park if they cant be unlocked? Arent our taxes paying for park facilities? Two weekends ago we called the mayor and asked that he do something. At that time, a church gathering was going on and there were approximately 2(X) people at the park, many with small children. Within an hour they all packed up and left because no restrooms were available.
