Zupan of Tooele, and Mr. and Mrs. George E. McFarland, of St. John. That evening the newlyweds greeted guests at a reception in the cultural hall given in their honor by the brides parents. The couple was framed under an archway decorated with greenery, rainlmw colored carnations and rihlmns. Made by her mother, the bride was lieautiful in a slipper satin princess styled gown, with long puffed sleeves, scoop neckline, wide lace trim on bodice and skirt. Her sheer chapel length veil was held by a satin head-hanedged with seed pearls. She carried a bridal Ixniijuet of rainlxiw mums and rose buds. The groom was handsome in a The Bush S alley Ward Primary Merrie Miss A girls enjoyed a fun night out w ith their fathers last Fridav. Assisted by teacher Sharon Majchcr, the ten young girls entertained at the ward cultural hall beginning with dinner, consisting of hot open face sandwiches, assortment of salads, vegetable sticks, potato chips, topped off with cookies and root beer floats. Following games of fun a short prograih was presented to the dads. A skit by part of the girls, a tribute to the fathers, read bv Mollie Sue Johnson, then in turn, Darrell Johnson read a poem entitled Daughters. The serving tables were cleverly decorated with black record like place mats, Valentine centerpieces, musical notes, red and black pipe clcanerstick figure favors. Pictured with their girls are, seated in front, Glen Ahlstroin and Lorie; Garth Stookev and Judv Lvnn; Jake Watkins and Debra; Odell Bussell and Suedell. Beehives and Scouts from the Bash Valley Ward enjoyed a winter activity at Bishop Muir's cabin in South Willow Canyon Saturday. They have lieen waiting for a tubing party but had to settle for a spaghetti dinner because they couldnt even find enough snow for a snowball fight. Jessie Johnson and Val McCombs are the class leaders. ed liahy mums. For her daughters wedding Mrs. Zupan chose a fhxir length light blue print gown. Mrs. McFarland wore a long royal blue print dress. Both had Christmas pink rose bud corsages. Performing the duties of best man was Jim David with Leonard McFarland, Michael Sagers and Brian Sagers in the reception line attired in dark blue tux. Diane McFarland was at the guest Iwxik and Pat Iewis was in charge of the gifts. Gift liearers were Abby and - Scott Appocher. refreshments ' were Serving Alicia Appocher, Kaye Sagers, Susan Quamlierg, and Kimberly McFarland. A lieautiful decorated Christmas tree in shades of pink and rose was a focal point in the decorations. The three- - tiered wedding cake trimmed in rainbow colors and flanked by tapered candles was made by the gnxnns mother. Mrs. Dawn Etta Sagers played the wedding music throughout the evening. A prenuptial shower w'as given by the brides sister at her home. The newlyweds are now living in Granger hut are planning to move hack to Tooele. Larry is employed in Salt Lake and attending night school. Debbie will be w'orking at TAD. . d Dalene Bussell recently spent three days in Hencfer, Utah while her mother underwent a serious operation. Mrs. Bichins is now home and recuperating nicely.
