MULTIPLE DUPLE- (li) XES shall mean two or more buildings, each comprising tw'o or more dwelling units designed for separate housekeeping tenements, when such buildings are ujxin the same or abutting lots or tracts of land and are in one ownership. Section 5 of said Chajiter and Title is herewith repealed in its entirety and the following is herewith ordained as said Section: COVERING OF VEHICLES REQUIRED: It shall lie unlawful for any jierson to haul, convey'' or transport through or ujxm any of the public streets, any garbage, ashes, market wastes, trade wastes, manure, night soil, loose jiajier, scrap lumber, excelsior, tree limbs, bush and lawn clippings, house refuse, yard refuse, liquid wastes, or any other refuse materials, in ojien trucks, open trailers, or other open conveyances, unless covered completely with a sheet of material capable of preventing the said refuse from leaving the container within which it is enclosed or being transported in. The following is herewith ordained as Section 26, Chajiter 3, Title 8: RE-FT'S- n gar-liag- e, DUTY TO PROAIDE PROPER RECEPTACLES: It shall be the duty of every owner, lessee, or occupant of any building, premises or place of business to provide at such places as the Health Officer may direct: (a) Suitable and sufficient metallic recejitacles for receiving and holding garbage, market waste and other refuse that may accumulate from said building, place of business or premises or any portion thereof under the control, occupancy, or ownership of such persons. (b) Suitable and sufficient receptacles for receiving and holding trade waste and other dry refuse that may accumulate from said building, place of business or premises or any portion thereof under the control of said person, owner, or occupant. No receptacle shall be filled to exceed one hundred jxiunds in weight, including the weight of the receptacle, and receptacles with openings smaller than the average interior diameter are not acceptable. The following is ordained as Section 27 of Title 8, Chapter 3: LOADED VEHICLE STANDING ON STREET PROHIBITED: It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer, permit, or allow any vehicle loaded with garbage, manure, market waste, trade waste, stove ashes, refuse, night soil, or cinders to remain standing upon any public street within the City of Tooele for longer than is necessary for the purpose of loading and transporting the same. The following is ordained as Section 28, Chapter 3, Title 8, Tooele City Code, 1967: GAR UNCOVERED BAGE: It shall be unlawful to place or permit to remain anywhere in the City of Tooele any garbage or other material subject to decay, excepting leaves or grass, except in a tightly covered container which will not permit the entry or exit of vermin or insects and which will not permit the emission of odors.
