Stabilize Grazing Fees Legislation to stabilize grazfees on public lands and prevent completion of a fee increase luring implemented by federal agencies was introduced in the House last week by Rep. Sherman P. Lloyd, AT THE same time Itahs senior Senator Wallace F. Benannounced that nett, he will a similar bill to le introduced this week in the Senate. Both Utahns have strongly opposed the accelerated grazing fee schedule which was announced by the Johnson Administration in January, 1969. Senator called the schedule Bennett totally out of line with the economic reality of operating on public lands. The new legislation would change the basic formula for computing grazing fees and according to the sponsors should bring stability to a fee structure now subject to wide fluctuations and increases by administrators. THE BILL as introduced in the House by Rep. Lloyd was drafted by a committee made up of members of Congress and representatives of the cattlemen and woolgrowers. said that in Rep.
