Because of the importance of Inises to the successful function- ing of the recreation program, many patients and former patients of the hospital along with hospital employees have very willingly helped to make these projects successful, foil buses cost quite a bit of money, and this small group cannot do the job alone. The I'tah State Hospital suliscrilies to this philowiphy and makes every effort to encourage its patients to participate in community events. One problem frequently encountered is that the buses presently owned by the State Hospital are getting along in years and are in bad need of replacement.
