HOLLADAY Mrs. Holladay ft Celebrates v. cr.cro . nrr kcfcTO yev wimsi T 90th Birthday Mrs. Ada Downs Hotladay will celebrate her 90th birthday on Thursday, April 1. Mrs. Holladay was born fat Cambridge, England April 1st, 1875 and came to America fat 1905 as a convert to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-da- y Saints. She married Samuel S. Downs in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, August 5, 1905. Hea died in 1934. She married' Frank Holladay in 1951 and he died in 1954. Mrs. Holladay has been an active member of the LDS Church since coming to this country, serving as visiting teacher in Relief Society for 50 years and as Relief Society chorister for 14 years in the Sharon Ward in Orem, Utah. SHE HAS four children, Cecil Downs, Copperton, Jesse Downs, Menan, Idaho, Mrs. Harvey (Winnifred) Olsen, Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Elmer Tooele, with (Ada) Gordon, whom she has resided since 1959. She has 19 grand children and 37 great grand chil- -' dren. Mrs. Holladay still attends her church meetings, enjoys going to Relief Society and keeps her hands busy at piecing and quilting quilts and knitting many different articles.
