Dec. 23 in the Wendover Ward chapel for Elder Lynn J Jolley, who was released Dec. 6 after a two year LDS mission in the Central States. The Central States Mission is one of the oldest missions in the church, and includes Missouri, Oklahoma, half of Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and parts of Illinois and Arkansas WHILE SERVING in the mission field Elder Tolley, labored in St. Joseph, Missouri, Midwest City, Oklahoma, Shawnee Oklahoma and Normon, Okla. The last six months were spent in the mission home in Missouri as secIndependence ond counselor to the mission president. Before taking this office, he was a Supervising Elder, and a Traveling Elder. THE CHURCH is grow ing rapidly in the Central States, one new state was created recently and as far as convert baptisms are concerned, this mission is close to doubling the previous all time high for one year, so states Elder Tolley. His plans include enrollment at the Brigham Young University for the second semester Elder Tolley is the son of Mrs. Lois Tolley, of Wendover. !
