Show Volume Sixty Seven Tooele, Utah, Friday, February 2, 1962 For Convention is Announced Speaker By Jehovahs Witnesses John P. Sutherland, district supervisor and principal speaker, will arrive in Tooele sometime next Monday for the coming circuit convention of Jehovah's Witnesses, scheduled here next weekend, February 9 to 11. All the convention sessions will be held in the National Guard Armory and is expected to attract over "00 ministers from 18 congregations. MR. SUTHERLAND Is a special traveling field representative of the Watchtower Society's office staff of Brooklyn, New York. As district supervisor he supervises the preaching and teaching work of 200 congregations in New Mexico, Arizona, parts of Colorado, Nevada, Utah, and southern California. Mr. Sutherland has been an ordained minister for 22 years and is a graduate of the Kingdom Ministry School of Gilead at South Lansing, New York. He and his wife, Ruth, are great travelers, having previously served in Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. As the principal speaker for this Mr. Sutherland will convention, have many parts on the three day program. He will open the Friday evening sessions with an address of welcome to all the delegates and then at 7 p.m. he will speak on the convention theme "Faithfully Increasing Our Praise to Jehovah. At 7:15 p.m. he will conduct the ministry training school which has greatly aided all of Jehovahs Witnesses to become Death Claims F. W. Wright, Funeral Sat.
