Those interested in taking the course which is open to anyone between ages of 12 to 21 years, must register at the Tooele City Police Station between hours of 9 to noon on Monday, June 13, or at Grantsville City Hall between 2 and 5 p.m. the same day. This course is sponsored by the Tooele Wildlife Federation and it will be the last one to be given before the regular fall hunting in season. ABC-T- law requires that anyone years of age or younger must take the course in order to get a hunting license, regardless of whether they had one last year. Those between 17 and 21 years of age must show their last years hunting license or a certificate showing they have passed the gun safety course before they can get a 1960 hunting license. If anyone is unable to register in person, a parent or close relative may register for them in order to not miss out on the class. Sandberg for the Rotary Club's outstanding teacher's award, this past year. Eva has been teaching in the Ogden City Schools the past two years and her talents and efforts have been greatly appreciated as witnessed by the nomination. Eva taught in Ogden prior to moving to Grantsville in 1926. She taught in the Grantsville School ten years, one year at Lake Point, one year at St. John and two at Ibapali. Two awards are given by the Rotary Club each year. They began recognizing outstanding teachers last year. There are five hundred teachers in the Ogden District and very nearly that many in Weber County, making almost a thousand teachers from which to choose. This year there were nineteen in the final running. One award goes to a high school teach er and one to an elementary.
