November 11, being a legal holiday), canvass the vote and determine the result, and the Clerk of the Board shall enter such determination in the minutes of the meeting of said Board. Section 7. That notice of said special bond election shall be prepared and given by the County Clerk of Tooele County, by publishing the same in each and every issue of the Tooele Transcript, a newspaper of general circulation, printed and published at Tooele in said Tooele Countv, Utah, for four full weeks prior to said election, the first publication to be made not fewer than twenty-eigdavs before the date hereinbefore designated for the holding of said election, and by each registration agent in Tooele County by the posting of a notice in substantially the same form not less than five days prior to the date of said election in at least five conspicuous places in his regular election district.
