Another con- cerned horse owner. Horses lost on Mt. Nebo, strange as it may seem, have been found alive and that is what Kamisha Young is hoping. "1 lost my red Appaloosa on the opening day of the elk hunt," said Young. "He was last seen on the Nephi Nebo Loop on Summit Trail." The horse still had his dark brown saddle on his back and there was a dark brown gun scabbard and a light saddle bag attached to the saddle. In addition, there was red tied to the saddle. The horse is old, which makes his safety even more of a concern to Young. The horse is age 22. He is an older horse and he is not for kids or starters (beginning riders), said Young. Five days into looking for him, there was a note on our truck saying: The Nephi Sheriff has your appv," stud Young. "When we called the police no one at the police station knew anything about my horse. The horse has three white socks on his legs, a white strip on his face and he has a short mane.
