Those homes are a different set of circumstances, said Mayor Bryce Lynn. If they want to annex, they should come in and do it on their own. We need a digital recorder for Lyla Spencer, city recorder, said Cory Squire, council member. He said such a recorder would be in the neighborhood of $200. The council authorized that amount as a cap price and authorized Everd Squire, city treasurer to make the purchase and pay for it out of the budgeted funds. We will be able to record the meetings and then preserve and archive them on CD, said C. Squire. The city has been storing its meetings on tapes which are not as durable and as CDs. Today!
