He said that the town is currently charg- $6.00 for the channel per subscriber. The town is being charged $8.42 for the channel. Therefore, the town council decided to increase the charge by $3.00, going from $6.00 to $9.00 per sub for the one channel of HBO. Services for Charles Charles Roy Bowles, age 83, passed away August 12, 2004 at his home in Elk Ridge, Utah. He was born December 15, 1920 in Nephi, .Utah, to Leo and Bertha Leah Bovvers Bowles. He married Melvina Stanley October 2, 1941 in Preston, Idaho. Their marriage w'as later solemnized in the Manti LDS Temple July Storytelling Festival 21 1 sister, Lenora Davis. He was preceded in death by sister, Mildred Greenhalgh; brothers, Spencer Bowles and Max Bowles; granddaughter, Amy Haskell. F uneral services were held August 16, 2004 in the Elk Ridge 5th Ward.
