A statewide public opinion project. Robert Steele, Juab County Commissioner, said he thought the county should have the property looked at along with the county GPS maps. It is though to make a rational decision without knowing exactly where the property is located, said Steele. Harmon said he was amenable to that proposal. In fact, he and Craig Sperry, county recorder, had attempted to get the map by using a satellite program that once wad commonly used. The terror problem and awareness of terrorism tactics which came with 911 had ended the availability of that mapping convenience.
