It takes just a package brownie mix, a can of frosting and a jar of peanut butter to create Fudge Brownie Peanut Butter Cups. The microwave oven is a big help since it takes only a few minutes to mix and microbake this recipe. This quick-to-fi- x recipe is an easy way to satisfy the big appetites that belong to high energy kids. Fudge Brownie Peanut Butter Cups 1 pkg. (15.1 oz.) low-f- at 12 cup water fudge brownie mix 8 teaspoons reduced fat crunchy 1 cup low-f- at peanut butter 23 of a chocolate frosting (about lb. 1 con- tainer) 14 cup chopped unsalted peanuts 1. Prepare batter according to package directions, using the 12 cup water. Portion evenly among eight paper-line- d custard cups, 14 cup batter for each. Drop 1 teaspoon peanut butter onto batter in each cup. 2. Microwave four brownie cups at MEDIUM (50) for 6 minutes, rotating cups after 3 minutes. Microwave at HIGH (100) for 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining cups. Cool and frost each with about 2 tablespoons frosting. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. z.
