I want to keep you aware of what is going on, said Furgess. "I would like a little time to review the proposals, said Bob Garrett, county road supervisor. "Sometimes a proposal will look OK at first look but then it turns out to have a few problems when it is really studied. Furgess said a senes of ATV roads were being planned with the intent to use them as exterior roads. "But we are still in the early stages of the plan, he said. We need to take a serious look at building a park for that part of the community, said Steele. d "It should be a park. He said it should not just be one of the smaller parks like a developer might build for a subdivision but should be on property the city has purchased and one the city will maintain. Chad Brough, council member and the newly elected mayor who will take his seat in January, said he thought the council should look at requiring subdivisions to have open spaces for parks. The county road crew will not need to put up additional signs, said Furgess. The information will all be on the maps, he said. Maps will be available for those who want to use their ATVs in Juab County so they will know where the designated areas are. The new designations might mean the county will have more accidents, that more ambulances might be required, that there might be more ambulance runs, and might mean there will be more expenses for the county, said Wm.
