Those who wish to retain floral pieces, flowers, or other grave decorations are encouraged to remove them prior to this date. Those who regularly bring in fresh-cu- t flowers are encouraged to wait until the spring clean-u- p is completed before freshening up their displays. Artificial flowers and grave decorations are not permitted in the cemeteries from April 1 through November 1, except for holidays. A policies and procedures booklet is available to the public at City Hall.
