He was born June 20, 1907, in Nephi to Langley Allgood and Elva Bigler Bailey. He entered the Army and served in Korea, Germany and Vietnam where he flew fixed wing airplanes and helicopters. He retired in 1974. He and his wife, Janice, developed a ranch in Texas, where he enjoyed his horses, and cattle. Late?,''they moved to Paso Robles, California. He enjoyed deer hunting, horses and camping with friends while growing up in Nephi. He is survived by his wife, Janice;' two sons, Alan of Seattle, Washington, and Wade of Ogden (by a previous marriage to Rita Thompson); 5 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Vaughn, La Mar and Elman; and numerous nieces, nephew and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Carol Ann Stuart, a brother, Claude and a sister, Joy B. Nielsen. and Linda Jean (J. Dee) Beck of Orem; a sister, Myrtle (Vem) Davis of Nephi; a brother, Harold A. (Ruby) Bailey of Salt Lake City; 14 grandchildren; and 10 vo, Wor- grandchildren; 21 2 brothers, and Henry Worthington.
