Y a ARROW OF LIGHT Shane Hall and Travis Kenison, members' of Pack 3136 from the Levan Ward, I received their Arrow of Light Awards at a special ceremony held in their honor on October 16, 1994. Shane is the son of Jerold and Judy Hall and Travis is the son of Marvin and Kathleen Kenison. Their I Webelos leader was Judy Hall.
