All the adult minors were cited under the Not a Drop law and their drivers license were confiscated, said Bowles. On May 20, a juvenile on a detention order was sent to the Provo Detention Center because he left his residence. Off cers located the juvenile male who had been placed on house arrest because of previous burglaries. A juvenile from Orem was cited for illegal possession of alcohol and for an open container violation. He was held for his parents and released to them. He was referred to juvenile court. Also on May'20, a theft at the middle school was reported. The case is under investigation. The items were taken from a juvenile male. Three adult males were arrested on May 20, in the neighborhood of 100 North and 100 West. They were arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. As a result of the arrests, a search warrant was obtained and drug paraphernalia was located at their residence. The three were booked into Juab County Jail on drug charges. On May 21, And adult female from Mona and a juvenile female from Nephi were arrested and referred to court for illegal possession of alcohol. May 21, two adult minor males were charged with illegal consumption and open container violation. They were determined not to be under the influence and so were cited and a court date was set. May 23, an incident of evading a police officer occurred. The officer located the individuals at a residence and determined the occupants of the vehicle, said Bowles.
