The document is entitled, "A CAHWP Comment, EPA Region VIII VS. In the CAHWP comment by the citizen group which was formed to protest the siting of the proposed EnviroChem facility in the Nephi City Industrial Park, the executive committee has explained the problem the group has with the development of a contingency plan which would affect NRP. "In recent months', CAHWP has been working diligently, through local government officials and the State Director of .the . Department of Public Safety to bring about compliance within our district to the SARA Title III and 'CommuAct,"' nity states the comment entered by the group. 'We believe that mandated compliance from NRP under the EPCRA is a vital first step in providing a model to other waste generators within this community to come into compliance," continued the comment document.
