Brough appears above and Is now on the public record at the Juab Countv Clerk's Office. As I stated repeatedly throughout the primary campaign, I won every issue and all points of law. May I now humbly ask why mv opponent and the Dally Herold newspaper distorted every aspect of the case? My opponent had hut one issue in his campaign- - the case of Wilde v. Brough. I will not take time to review it here. However, the crucial point of the decision was that "...the Court has concluded that it is an undisputed fact that all of the statements complained of by the Plaintiff (Wilde) were made by the Defendant (Brough) in his capacity as a County Commissioner and in the context of the investigation into the activities of the Plaintiff as an employee of the County... Just think about it in your own mind for 4 moment why did Commissioner Brough really win all aspects of this case? Could it be that he sought after the truth and in the end Justice prevailed? I I sincerely appreciate the support of the people who voted for me in the recent primary election. Your faith and trust in me will always ba remembered. Those who tried to destroy my integrity are now on the losing end of a court decision that will have great significance in the future for honest elected representatives of the people.
